Clients must pay for their massage session in full at the time of booking to secure their appointment.

Cancellation Notice
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in losing the prepaid amount.

If a client cancels with the required notice, they may receive a full refund of their advance payment or have the option to reschedule for another date without penalty.

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notification will forfeit their advance payment. This policy helps maintain the schedule and availability for other clients.
